My Background
I have over 12 years’ experience supporting young adults and adolescents in nature based, community and therapeutic settings.

I am passionate about providing spaces for people to be held, heard and seen.

I am a proud member of the LGBTQ+ Community.
My Philosophies
I believe that we define who we are and what has happened to us by speaking about our experiences, and that there is a real power in telling our story and being listened to.
In this process, a sense of identity, authentic self and self-esteem develops; enabling us to flourish and lead more fulfilling lives.
My focus is on empowerment, helping you discover your emotional and psychological strengths and tools and use these to flourish.
My practice celebrates and embraces the social diversity and difference we are lucky to have in the world.
How I Work
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, meaning I draw on a range of different teachings and theories. I work flexibly and intuitively, to meet the needs of each individual.
I am trained in Transactional Analysis (TA). This is a good way of us making sense of your past and how it might be affecting you now. Often, we unconsciously carry around old beliefs and ideas that can keep us stuck or limit us in some way.

I work within the ethical guidelines set out by the BACP and UKATA and all work is therapeutically and professionally supervised according to BACP regulation. I am fully insured, receive regular clinical supervision and have BACP and UKATA membership.
